What if the suggestion is wrong?
Tap Edit and reply with the right hours, or tap No thanks. Nothing changes without your yes, and Fonext remembers your answer for next time.
Do I need to log in or install anything?
No. It all happens in WhatsApp, which you already have. There is no password and no dashboard to remember.
I already use Fonecta Connect.
Tap Link existing account. Fonext asks for the email you use for Connect and sends a 6-digit code to it. Type the code in the chat and your business is linked, no password needed.
Where do the new hours show up?
Approved hours are written to Connect, which publishes them to Google, Apple Maps, Bing and more. Fonext tells you where they are live and when the slower ones will catch up.
Will it message me all the time?
No. It only writes when your hours are likely to be wrong, bundles dates into one message where it can, and stays quiet when it isn’t sure.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Every change is logged with its reason and can be undone with a reply.
